For the last decade I’ve helped small businesses design online journeys that guide potential clients from “just looking” to “I’m interested”. A big part of my work is understanding how people interact with online tools, what encourages them to take the next step and what gets in their way.
I was lucky my first design role specialised in supporting online coaches and creative business owner. I loved the passion and empathy these coaching business owners had. Because of this role, I also saw the gap that stalled so many brilliant coaching business from growing, they knew exactly how to help clients once they’re inside their world but understanding how to turn strangers into paying clients was overwhelming (to say the least). That’s what I aim to help with.
